1. Should you need  to cancel, we will do all we can to reschedule your dates. For late cancellations, within 48 hours of arrival, the full amount is payable.
2. Rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival. If an earlier arrival is necessary, this can be arranged at the time of booking. On the day of departure latest checkout time is 10.30am week days, and 11am Saturday/Sunday
3. Reasonable care must be taken of property and contents. Any damages / breakages / irregular cleaning must be paid for
4. Terry and Sylvia reserve the right to terminate at their discretion and without notice an individual stay through unacceptable behaviour
5. The Manor Coach House B & B, Worcester is a No Smoking Accommodation
6. If you experience a problem during your stay, please bring it to our attention in order for us to rectify it

Please note that payment by cheque is limited to the valid amount on your cheque guarantee card.
